Our services
Optimo Atelier designs and builds websites, portals, and related digital services. The scope, price, and timeline for any project are fixed in the written proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything on this page. This website and its content are informational and not a binding offer.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Each project agreement specifies the payment schedule, typically a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery. Late payments may pause work. Third-party costs (hosting, domains, fonts, stock assets, paid APIs) are quoted separately or passed through at cost.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that content you give us (text, images, logos, data) is yours to use and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or applicable law. Timely feedback and materials from you keep timelines on track; delays in them shift the schedule accordingly. Where your project uses the client portal, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and two-factor device secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Documents shared there are for you; please don’t share public links to them.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we created for it. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, which we license to you for use within your deliverables. Unless you opt out in writing, we may name you as a client and show the work we made for you in our portfolio.
Warranties and liability
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in the signed project agreement, services are provided “as is” and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project or from your use of this website is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any project agreement are governed by the laws of Albania, and the courts of Tirana, Albania have exclusive jurisdiction — though we’ll always try to sort disagreements out conversationally first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page, and material changes affecting active projects will be confirmed in writing. Questions? Email contact@optimoatelier.com.
